Our infrastructure's goal is to provide professional development, business development, and business support. That enables our advisors to focus on their clients and their needs.

Professional Development

Financial advisors at Barnum are coached and guided by a Managing Sales Director who will help them build their business and keep their business trajectory on the right path, helping them to overcome hurdles and meet their goals. In addition, Barnum offers numerous training & development programs for continuous education on industry topics and advanced skill set development.

Business Development

As advisors build their business in the field, working with clients, Barnum provides the resources necessary to build their business behind the scenes. Various departments support the advisor’s business such as our Wealth Strategies Division, offering resources, education, insights, and expertise on various areas of the business & products. Advisors are also supported by teams in the areas of Marketing & Data, Operations, Human Resources, Client Service Center, Talent Acquisition, IT, & Training & Development.
