To accomplish this, I provide coaching on prospecting, networking, leveraging centers of influence and other areas of importance. I serve as an advocate for my team, getting them the resources they need to attract and retain clients. From target marketing strategies to client engagement techniques to delivering excellent service and support, I strive to give my team the skills and tools they need to run highly successful financial advisory practices.
